We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our company’s financial compliance and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• GST Compliance:
  • Monthly/quarterly GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
  • Reconciliation of GST data and input tax credit
  • Managing GST invoicing and HSN codes
• ROC & LLP Filings:
  • Timely preparation and filing of Form 8 (Statement of Account & Solvency)
  • Filing of Form 11 (Annual Return of LLP)
  • Coordination with MCA portal for all LLP statutory compliance
• Bookkeeping & Accounts Management:
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / etc.)
  • Track income and expenses; reconcile bank statements
  • Maintain ledgers, journals, and vouchers
• Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and finalize annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
  • Assist in statutory audit processes if needed
  • Generate MIS reports as required by management
• Taxation & Compliance:
  • Manage TDS deductions and returns
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax and other relevant laws

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / Semi-qualified CA or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance (preferably in LLPs or startups)
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or any other accounting software
• Strong understanding of GST laws, LLP Act, and MCA compliance
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting

• Experience with edtech or service-based businesses
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills for dealing with government portals and external consultants
