Job Summary:
As a Management Trainee, you will be the frontline ambassador of MindMeld, responsible for managing customer queries, assisting users with their needs, and ensuring excellent communication. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a fast-paced startup environment and gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, communication, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via email, chat, and calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist users with account setup, course enrollment, payments, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain clear, polite, and effective communication to build trust and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or relevant teams.
- Document user feedback and common issues to help improve the platform and services.
- Support internal teams with operational tasks related to customer management.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills.
- Assist in designing FAQs, help guides, and support content.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Fresh graduates (any discipline) passionate about customer service and communication.
- Strong command of English with excellent spoken and written skills.
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with online tools and communication platforms is a plus.
